  1. Let end user request support via system tray app

    The end user could click the system tray agent to request support. This would bring up a pop-up that upon filling out would email to a support@ email address.

    • Goverlan Agent Notification

      when i connect to a computer through a username not an ip address i can have a user that logged in a few computers and the user wouldn't know which computer he is now on so i think it should be a notification button on the bottom screen where the user can press and the IT help desk should get the computer information like this they can know at which computer the user is using now

      • System Information Reporting For the Database

        SureData work's great, my only issue with it is that historical data is only available for workstations that you have queried for real-time data at some point. If you've never queried the machine, no historical data will be available, I feel this is kind of counter-intuitive to the idea of SureData. It would be nice to have the option to have the agent report system information on a schedule, or at first logon/bootup to the database so the "high availability" aspect of SureData works when real-time information is not available for a computer that hasn't been queried yet (offline or…
